Jessica Topper will never share or sell your information.

Newsletter: All information collected during newsletter sign-up is used only by Jessica. The information is stored by TinyLetter, a division of MailChimp (their privacy policy can be found here). Information collected is used by Jessica to send you e-newsletters regarding new books, sales, promotions, and special offers. You may unsubscribe at any time by clicking the Unsubscribe link at the bottom of Jessica’s most recent News Out of Nowhere e-mail.

Blog: For those who subscribe to email updates for the blog, Jessica employs a double opt-in method for blog subscriptions. Information collected during blog sign-ups is used by Jessica to communicate directly with you when she publishes a blog. A third party, Feedburner, also uses that information to operate its email update service. You may unsubscribe by clicking the link on the bottom of the email where it says “You are subscribed to email updates from Jessica Topper, Author. To stop receiving these emails, you may unsubscribe now”.

Feedburner also provides an RSS feed of Jessica’s blog posts and related information on jesstopper.com for the purpose of providing that information to those who wish to access blog information via an RSS reader or similar program. Here is a link to the Jessica’s RSS feed.

Feedburner is owned by Google. jesstopper.com has no control over these tools or Feedburner’s operations, is not affiliated with Feedburner, beyond using its services as described and does not collect any data as a result of their use. Google may collect and/or process your data in these circumstances. Ordering Links: If you purchase a book by clicking a link on this site, your purchase is handled by that vendor. That vendor maintains separate information files about you that are not shared with Jessica.

Third Party Sites: This privacy policy does not apply to third party sites or services. If you click a link on this site and visit another site (such as a social media site, including Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, or Instagram, or vendor, such as Amazon), your interaction on that site is subject to that sites own rules and policies. Jessica is not responsible for third parties that you authorize to access your User Information.

Analytics: Jessica may collect information or use third-party services and tools to collect information that will improve your user experience or help measure traffic or usage trends for her site, newsletter, or blog. This information is not collected in a way that can directly identify you.
